Customer Data
Customers retain ownership of all data entered into Swift Serve.
Service Availability
Availability is not guaranteed and maintenance or outages may occur.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Swift Serve is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE.'
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to amounts paid during the preceding twelve months.
Suspension or Termination
Accounts may be suspended for violations. Customers may cancel anytime.
Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed.

Free trials, introductory pricing, and other promotions may be offered at the discretion of Server Solutions, LLC. Eligibility and terms will be specified at the time of the offer and may change without notice.
